    I know the radio sends the signal for on and off, and the orange wire is power from the battery. I would just unplug the amp and verify it is the amp by checking for a draw while its disconnected. If no draw and it is the factory amp I believe it will be in the amp itself.

    Yep thats the brake booster and if you run your finger a few inches back you will find the pcv line its the hard plastic tube going into the back of your valve cover you could pull it up off the pcv and slide a piece of hose into that one also just as BigKID stated earlier.

    I agree, I bet you got air in the master. Is there any fluid coming out the bleeders at all ? I would fill with fluid then disconnect the brake line from the calipers and see if it will drain with gravity first. if it does open the bleeders and screw the line back on then bleed the master etc...

    Definately go ceramic, I went with the gold c max cause they came with the shims etc. And thats every time I change them out I get the whole package pads and hardware for that 1 price. I really did not need the hardware / shims but hay for less the 70 bucks I keep getting everything new sounded...

    Definately sounds like pads to me, you might even notice when you drive if you apply a little pressure to the pedal that the noise goes away as your rolling. I have seen many people replace the pads and not turn the rotors (cut) causing this. I dont know about your area but here in sw florida...
