    rear ac not blowing cold after recharge

    Ambient light sensor? If it senses it's dark outside (meaning voltage between 0-2VDC), BCM doesn't turn the DRL on, instead it turns low beams on. Ambient light sensor is located in the middle of the dashboard close to windshield lower edge.

    First hot summer day here (about 77F at shade). I did aircon service, there were about 1lbs of R134a in system. Recharged with 3lbs and wow, now it blows freezing cold! No need to drive windows down and sunroof open anymore :)

    Idle Stall

    Have you noticed difference wheter you have full tank or less than 1/4 ? Mine started to stall when I had less than 1/4 tank, with more than 1/2 tank it worked well. And it never died in the highway driving, only when rpm's dropped to idle.

    Not every rear diff have a drain plug. In that case you have to take the diff cover off or suck the old oil out from the fill plug hole.

    Next friday me and my friends are going for a road trip to Northern Norway, about 2500 miles. Few things before the trip that has to be done, so I changed the power steering pump, rear shocks (DAMN Autoride, almost $800 each)... Tomorrow I think I'll change engine oil and filter.

    First, turn on your fog lights, test the voltage (DC V) from front fog light bulb connector (behind front bumber). If DMM displays ~0DCV, check the fuse and the relay. You can see location of the fog lamp fuse and relay in the underhood fuse/relay box cover.
