    When is an order number available?

    I was told the same thing at first, probably because they don't want us bothering them all the time seeing where the order is at in production. In reality, the number is generated as soon as the order is created in the system which means whenever they send it to GMC.

My dealer said that would help but there's still other items on constraint that will make it difficult to be accepted. I told him that I'm not compromising any more.     You will be looking at the end of the year if you ordered it now. The amount of items on constraint for a fully loaded truck is insane. I ordered mine October last year and I'm still waiting for the factory to accept my order and I've already made a couple compromises.

    Looks like the advanced technology package is now what's going to be a thorn in my side. How many options do I keep removing to just get it accepted? At this point I might as well wait for next years models so I can actually get what I want instead of something I'll tolerate just to get the truck.

    TPW delays?

    Spoke with my dealer today and changed the ultimate package for the reserve. We also removed all the LPO options as well seeing as we can add those after the fact or I can buy aftermarket and install them. He's now hopeful that this will get my truck picked up so fingers crossed.

    I'm pretty sure it's the ultimate package that's holding it up. I have the blackout package as well but I haven't heard anything about that being on constraint so I don't think that's the problem.

    Your lucky you even got a TPW. I ordered my Yukon at the beginning of September and I'm still in 1100 status. At thus point I'll be probably looking at canceling this order and making a 2023 instead.

    Yes that's correct. If you can, the safest spot is basically the center of the vehicle. Problem with the bucket seats are that there isn't a center seat in the 2nd row so the baby would be on one side or the other. In the 3rd row the baby can be in the middle and there's still a lot of space...

    I was under the impression that they got rid of the ultimate package and changed it to reserve instead which removes the rear entertainment system but you can still add it as an option after, at least you can do that when building a yukon on their website. Are they just not available at all?

    How can you tell what is and isn't available for production? Also it is not a diesel, I wanted one but was told the wait times would be even longer if I went that route.
