Non Ethanol Gas MPG question
I see about 10% decrease in fuel economy when using E10. I see about a 25% decrease when using E85. I try to run 87 without ethanol as much as possible particularly if the price is the same as E10- sbubbaklein

Wife Hits the curb!!!! RANT
I believe this is a franchise, we have them here in KC MO. There is a min charge of $125. Several dealers and body shop use them. Can you live with it ?- sbubbaklein

Tahoe ppv wheels
I cant believe you cant find those wheels on Craigslist. Always a set of Silverado work truck wheels around here. You just have to paint them black.- sbubbaklein

I had problems with my 1990 454ss a couple o years ago. They finally dropped the tank and found a flexible rubber fuel line on top of the tank that was cracked and leaking air into the fuel system. was no fuel smell, performance got worse as the fuel pump heated up.- sbubbaklein

2003 Tahoe LL PPV questions
yours is called a police special service package and does not have the high speed equipment used on the 1997 - 1999. The PPV name was not used in 2000 to 2004. in 2005 the ppv name was reintroduced with high speed capability in 2wd only.- sbubbaklein

any codes in the computer. Missfire codes can determine which cylinder you have concern with. Pick up a code reader at your local parts store, some even will read your truck for free. Otherwise hold it closer to your lap top so we can see it clearer, it is a bit out of focus. Thought about it...- sbubbaklein

Deer vs. Lifted Suburban =
hit one on power tour this year with my Camaro.$11k in damages but state farm let me up grade to ZL1 front end for difference in part price, $10.96. Quite a deal now it looks better than ever. Time for any upgrade since deer is an act of God and usually no deductible.- sbubbaklein

Dorman makes a drop in replacement projector fog?
No, Camaro mounting is different for projector style fog. 3 tabs on facia push into circular slots around the exterior of the projector style bulb. Bulb pushes in from the rear of the facia.- sbubbaklein
