Just hit 100k what are the services that need to be done?

Here is what I have already done.

New serpentine and a/c belt
New camshaft positioning sensor
New O2 sensors
New battery
New Plugs and wires
New thermostat

I have read that tranny and diff fluids should be changed but to NOT have the tranny flushed as it will stir up debris and could give me tranny issues/problems in the future. I don't trust myself to do the fluid change. Would you guys recommend the dealer or a independent shop to do this? Also what should I expect to pay for this?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Just drop the pan and change the filter. should take like 5-6qts.

Do the diff services and make sure to use the right fluid with the friction modifier.

Also if you didn't change the coolant when you did the thermostat do that too.

Check brake fluid, and power steering fluid too.
