Will the 12259 magnaflow muffler work on an 2004 Yukon Denali 6.0

There isn't any reason why it wouldn't. Work just order it in and have a muffler shop weld it up in for you

I've got the same muffler on our Yukon and love it! One thing though, on your Denali, your exhaust is dual in, single out. You'd have to change the exhaust from the cats back to accept the 12259 single in single out

Or add a "Y" Pipe pre muffler. Then si/so muffler will work just fine.

Oh yeah, forgot about that little Y after the muffler. We took the stock muffler back system off and replaced it with a single out of the muffler. Only cost $45 for the pipe after the muffler bent and welded in.

I got the 12589 it is a little bigger so it's quieter, but I love it. I was going for a little more sound and no drone...I have a 5.3 and I think it was single in dual out to a Y but as someone else said I just had it cut out and welded in single in and out. It should sound sick w/ the 10" (edit 25x10 mine is 29x14) on a 6.0!

You want the MF12599 for dual in/out. It;s only 11" long though so you will probably have some drone.
