Thanks for this thread! It helped me install a VIOFO 129 Plus Duo dash cam on my 2024 Suburban.

I hardwired it using fuse 25 for BATTERY (always on) and fuse 26 for ACC (on with vehicle, stays on up 10 minutes after turning off vehicle or until you open the driver’s door), both of which are micro3. I used these fuse taps, which fit without modification! I replaced the included 15-amp tap circuit fuses with micro3 5-amp fuses. I connected ground to one of the nice grounds behind the kick-plate beneath the fuse box (as suggested above).

Curious, why use Fuse 25 SEO/Upfitter? Someone posted earlier to use Fuse 44. Why the change?

Suburban passenger fuse box diagram:
Both fuse 25 and 26 are labeled SEO (for Special Equipment Option?). I interpreted that to mean it would be sensible for adding optional equipment, but not sure if I’m right about that, even if via a fuse taps hack. Anyway, I saw this suggested somewhere and those two fuses seemed to go together, so made sense to me.
