Just subscribed over there too. I thought you were going to bend up your own brake lines though.

I didin't even consider going that route. I got a prebent kit too. Have you gotten around to installing them yet?

Not yet. Once I get the old trans out I'll do it. I'll have plenty of room.

From what I remember from doing mine the trans. wasn't in the way. It will give you more room to move around though. I hope your install goes better than mine did!

I just got a little bit over my head. I did the whole thing in my FIL'S garage. I started on a Saturday. I think I finally got done that Wednesday. Just hit a few snags. Lack of experience really. One of them being a rubber line right above the rear dif. They call it a drop hose I think. I stripped the threads when I screwed the hard line into it.

Not a hard job really. Just not alot of space to work. Some of the lines run on top of the frame. I started out doing everything by my self. Then by sunday afternoon I asked for my FIL to help. He has a lake on his property. By the time we were done he was ready to sink that truck to the bottom with me sitting in it!

Before I had my own garage my fil let me use his.

He was a little ticked when he found my STi in a million pieces. I warned him! Non car people just don't get it..
