2005 Crown Victoria P71 Build

I haven’t updated this in a lil but I got a new job a few weeks back and been doing 13hr days between the two jobs after next week I’ll be down to just the new job. I’ve got a couple small things on the way for the Vic that I’ll be throwing on over the next week or so and I made an appointment to get the windshield tinted 50% like I had on the Caddy for April 21st and here’s a few pics I’ve taken over the last few weeks.

At one point I mentioned I might ditch the $20 Walmart center console and pick up a police center console well I came across one I liked and picked it up, most of the ones I’ve seen are usually pretty beat or not a style I like. This one is in mint condition has an arm rest & nice cup holders and it will be bolted to the seat brackets so it won’t be moving around it comes with a Whelen siren controller which I am thinking I’ll keep and grab a speaker and I’ll have a siren/PA I can use at car shows/meets and other places off-road, the light controller I might use haven’t decided yet.

What is the light control, just a switch bank, or something more elaborate?

What is the light control, just a switch bank, or something more elaborate?

It’s just a switch box for lights that have built in flashers so I can’t use it with the mirror beams but could use it for the 3rd brake light Whelen light setup since that has a built in flasher.

The console in theothertwin was pretty good, but definitely dirty. It was also missing the top cover plate. I ended up making one from a sheet of poly something.

Thecopcar didn’t have a console, so I ended getting a floor plate from Jotto, then building one.
