2015 2 wheel drive unused plug behind headlight switch panel?

Hello all. I'm new to the forum after purchasing a 2015 2 wheeled drive Tahoe. It seems to have been orded with some king of tow package because of having tall rear springs and the round plug in the bumper for trailering. There isn't a factory trailer brake controller in the dash next to the headlight switch. I removed that panel and hooked to a holder is a plug with 10 pins not connected to anything but it has the wire harness attached. What would this plug be for?

That’s where the 4wd selector would be. I’m not surprised the harness is there already.

Thanks sparksalot. Me too and also the small black one next to it is a mystery. I want to install a brake controller but have read you can't install a factory one if not manufactured from the factory with it. I wonder if the 10 pin plug matches the 4 wheel drive switch and the black one would fit the trailer brake controller? Thanks again.

I forgot about the brake controller. It goes right in that area too.
