Only thing I can think is there's either air still in the line or some of your rubber flex lines are swelling.

I understand your frustration. I couldn't get my abs box to bleed out so I had a soft pedal from that. I ended up bypassing it now my pedal is perfect. Maybe someone on here can chime in on a way to actuate or bleed out the abs?

You did the ABS module and the proportioning valve at the same time?? I had some issue, I ended up swapping to 3/4 ton master, calipers and pulling the ABS fuse. It's pretty good now, when I get around to my hydroboost I'll bypass the ABS completely ...

I'm not sure why people seem to think that the abs has anything to do with pedal height or firmness? It does not. The pedal will be either soft or low pedal height if there is air in the system, the shoes are out of adjustment, the shoes are on wrong, ot the master is bad.

That's what im saying if the abs box has air trapped in the system it will leave no pedal height. I had to bypass mine in order to firm up my pedal because I couldn't get the air out of it. It was more of a question, how do you bleed it? Can you actuate it while not moving?
