Alternator whine - but its not the usual suspects....

My 05 hoe's been whining since I replaced with new oem alternator. It doesn't really bother me anymore. I know if it's whining then it's charging my battery plus when people ask what the noise is I just tell him I have a blower.

I replaced the alternator with a reman on our 04 Tahoe and it whines also. Did the 04 Sierra recently as well with no noticeable whine.

I all can say is do that oem 220amp upgrade to them all haha. everything will be happier. it's only like 200$ new. auto parts store want almost that for cheap rebuilds.

the used one for 100$ on ebay I got was mint too.
