I know bb tunes are the best but a buddy is hooking me up with the new edge evolution cts2 and i was curious if a hand held tuner will remove the throttle lag on my 02 Yukon.

Not yet, but getting an autocal very soon to further tune this Yukon along with the wifes 2012 Equinox. I'll clean it and the MAF sensor before the next tune.have you cleaned the throttle body yet? specifically behind the blade... a LOT of trucks used to come in with an incredible amount of carbon buildup behind the blade causing a tip-in/lag... a simple clean worked wonders for performance right off the bat. Then thatll leave you a better baseline to feel all the awesomeness coming from your BB tune!

Just added a newly rebuilt trans with 2500 stall and soon to add LT's, ORY pipe and catback...
No. The BBP live tunes are generally done with the EFI live software and a laptop plugged into the vehicle while driving. Was yours tuned on the dyno?
Can i say that im jelly? BBP doesnt come to michigan as far as i know. I have been watching thier calender for over 2 years now . Quick question, whats your rpm at cruising speed, say around 65-70 mph?
