The 4wd was the best deal I could find.

Why couldn't I just take the front axles out and it and the driveline and cap them off with rubber fittings and reinstall for resale.

You'd be MUCH better off just selling your Hoe for a 2WD Hoe rather than "de-4x4"ing what you have.

What Burb and Jdpber said is true. Do not remove the 4x4 just to drop it. You are better of selling and then buying a 4x2.
You could always buy mine in a few months too!:love51:

Even if you can, don't do it.

You will end up selling one day, and regret it.

So Modded, what shocks are you running in the front now? I missed this...... Without reading through it all.............

I have the Belltech SP struts like Blazed said. Those, and some front coil cutting got me down to the 3" I am at.

Just out of curiosity how much would you be selling it for? Not that I'm interested.

@ Modded, and you hate the BellTech SP ride?

Or only in the back......... that you hated those shocks?

You like the fronts?

I think he was talking about the rears. I have the Belltech SP struts on the front as well and they ride nice! I like them a lot.

The struts are ok unless you are hitting repetitive bumps then they don't respond fast enough.

It is the rear ones I hated. The fronts perform pretty good, but like Blazed mentioned, they have slow response over trying roads.

Hmmmm. Wonder why that is.

I wish I could have the stock struts "modded" like Tony says.

@ Blazed.......I would leave it be Bro.

A extensive modification, especially one that renders a sought after feature......useless, is not going to bode well come resale.
