Alot of guys, including myself, run the complete front brake setup from the nnbs. Our generation rear brakes are bigger. You can also add hydroboost in addition to that. Imo, much cheaper, and better then alot of aftermarket setups.
I'm not sure if it goes up to 13, but I used a setup from an 07 on my 03. Only requirement--you need 17" rims, or the setup will rub.

Yup. I also swapped out to the braided steel lines which help alot. I didn't do the hydroboost mod, but I don't feel that I need it. If you do the front swap, make sure you get the caliper mounting brackets. You need those.
Calipers, brackets, rotors and braided lines are a direct swap. No modifications needed. I think there might be a sticky on it.
