okay, doesn't look that bad. I'm not at that point yet. Let's see if I can resolve the P0442 (small evap leak) without needing to replace the pressure sensor.

Plan on doing the pressure sensor. In so many threads about evap problems, I see where a piece meal effort is made and the OP keeps going back till all is replaced.

If there's a possibility that you'll need to drop the tank even a little, start shooting some PB Blaster or the like on those tank strap bolts.

Also think about having some new bolts ready in case yours get over-persuaded:

Dorman #55157 for the tank strap bolts and nuts; worked great on mine. The fitment apps might say they don't fit, but they do.

Good idea. I'll take a look up there.
Regarding purge/seal testing using the Foxwell - I might be fighting the normal function. The ECU is performing the evap function as it should and someone jumps in with a scanner and attempts to run a purge/seal test. This might be why the purge valve doesn't close all the way during the test. Who wins - the ECU or the Foxwell?

Today I installed a new OEM purge valve and Bank 1 Pre and Post O2 sensors. Will do Bank 2 later. Took it for a drive and then watched the graphs for the new O2s they were bouncing up and down nicely.
Below is a picture of a "new" O2 from RA. Had never seize on it. Are they supposed to come with never seize? I think it was a return. I cleaned it and installed in the downstream position. So far so good. There is no way to call RA - either return it or don't.

Also I see an oil leak picture attached. I think this is the infamous block off plate. Please advise. Install a new gasket?

Yea, that O2 was a return. What brand did you get? I would only use Genuine GM, Delphi or Denso. The block off plate leak will happen again if just use a gasket. Use a Billet plate and seal. Can get at Amazon.

Summit has this block off plate. Is this what you were thinking of?
