I have a 04 yukon ,
Already did the led dome an map lights .
But now after seeing this I have to do foot well , center console , rear cup holder .
Man making me think now . Lol .
How did you tackle 2nd row foot well lights ?
And would you know how to wire the rear doors for that light ? I have the units with the built in light but no wiring for it , it came with just a cover that broke , no light housing , so I took some out of a Tahoe , but need to run some power to them .

Haven't done the 2nd row yet. Will do this weekend. I just figure it out as I go, no real plan lol.
For the rear doors I would remove the door panels and get plugs from a junk yard. If they're in the front doors I bet there's a place to plug them in the stock harness in the rear doors. If not run wire all the way to the dash and splice into the front door lights or splice into the junction box like I did with my footwell lights.

Bro it's like you were reading my mind with all the LED mods lol...i bought some blue LED strip lighting i'm going to install in the footwells using the same method you used of gutting the white LED 194 housing that's there now and plug it in instead of soldering

It's great when we can all share our creative ideas and turn them into something that looks badass!:D

Next the usb plug.
Installation is pretty straight forward. I used the same c clip that I used on the cigarette lighter in the center console. Holds it nice and tight.

Need a steady hand and a good eye for this tedious fab work but in the end its well worth it. Its all about the little details. On to the next item on the list. So far most of this whole thread has been free, spent alot of time and thought for the right execution ;) . The usb plug I got off ebay for less than $20. Came with a cover flap and the cords were about 5' in length, given plenty of room for routing and installation anywhere in the front on the cab.

I know it's been a while but where'd you get the USB plug?...... never mind I found one lol

I’m planning on doing the usb mod in the next day or 2. I bought the usb + 3.5mm adapter, but since usb is 5v, not 12, I also bought a 12v to 5v converter, though if radio shack still existed, could have been done more efficiently and cheaper. [emoji53] What did you use for your voltage drop? Can’t wait to do this, as part of the XM Radio / Aux port mod on my stock radio. Will also use it for a Bluetooth receiver I already have, to the aux port.
