should look good with your underglow kits

Good I'm gonna change my plate to BR0D0Z3R too.

Powder coating is actually really easy to do, you just need the right equipment especially an oven big enough to hold your parts. Its a lot harder to mess up than paint.

Its surprisingly simple to apply, it puffs out so gently and covers so quickly with the static charge. What surprised me is the powder that has the gold color is white as a sugar booger but as soon as it melts to the hot metal its thats brilliant dark gold. Then the cure time is super short and it's ready to do whatever as if it had cured and hardened for days. Cool stuff

Didn't get home until way late so I didn't have time to check on anything. Spent a couple hours actually helping lay the powder for my axle. Wasn't allowed to take any pics or videos of the process but it's pretty awesome if you never seen it done. This is a 3 stage powder with very specific heat cycles and cure times, pretty scientific stuff.

Anyway here's some indirect vs direct light differences. I think under the truck it will appear black 99% of the time but if head lights or something hit it then it will look cool.

Well, it's been nearly two years since I pulled the perfectly good 4.8 out of this truck and it spiraled out of control to the point it's nearly stripped and needs a lot of work. I'm finally starting the rebuild and going in a different direction than before in a few areas. Here are the basic run down specs of what it will be.

The current engine specs
-LQ4 bored .055 over
-PRC 220cnc ported heads
-Forged pistons but stock gen 4 rods and crank
-9.7:1 CR
-222/234 .615/.600 113lsa. (Cannot wait to hear it!)
-ARP 2000 studs
-Stock rockers with CHE upgrade
-TSP platinum .660lift dual springs
-TVS1900 with a variety of 8 rib pulleys

Drive train and suspension
-NV4500
-Stock 4.10 front diff
-Hummer H2 14b SF with 4.10s and an E locker.
-Deavers springs in the rear
-Bilstein 7100s in the rear
-Fox coil overs upfront
-JD Fab UCA
-8 Lug factory forged Ram wheels and 35s
