Not sure what you mean by "winter" it's like 88* here and AC in the Tahoe is on blast! The nights are a cool 50-60 tho which is great I haven't run air or heat in the house in a month.

Painting is awful so that's a major accomplishment :peace:

I wish he would help me with my rear end.
Yeah I like the change of seasons. I couldn’t live where you do, I can’t take the summer heat and especially the humidity. I visited out that way once, well Virginia actually, and I’ll never go back in the summer. Plus I like the mountains with the huge trees and clear cold rivers that I can jump in and not get bit by anything except maybe a salmon. :fishing1:

not entirely sure.... i think similar to a camaro zl1, which using a 9.9" ring gear
I remember seeing some stuff in that 1 diff and it’s a beast! Knowing the caddy is heavy I’d hope they did something tough like that.

I totally get it, I miss the Black Hills I used to live in. I love the lakes down here and the spring fed rivers are crystal clear and cold as well but something about the rocky shores and bottoms of mountain streams is just awesome! I miss catching trout and cooking them right there at the fish site which was hike in only. I’d love to have a northern cabin somewhere.

I got the locker coil to engage with a car battery and some jumper wires but, was unable to get it to fully lock because I couldn’t hold the wires and turn the yoke. No biggy I’m not concerned since these are known to be very tough and reliable.

Gonna dive into brakes tomorrow and test fit the 4pots on the rear and the new wheels on the front with the adapters.

Got the front adapters on, cut the studs by a half inch or so and, mounted the dodge wheels with Chevy center caps. I think they look sweet!

Ya know, it just registered with me that when you asked about the wheels, I thought this shit was for your Tahoe. I was thinking "wtf is he doing 8 lug on that?"

I'm a little slow at times

Did a little test fitting of the 2020+ 4 piston caliper to the H2 rear and it looks like unless I can find an 8x6.5 pattern rotor that’s 13.5” diameter I won’t be able to run 4pots on all four corners.

I didn’t get to try putting it on the front to see if it will clear but I have hope.

Can you re-drill some 6 lug?
