Yes, I came to the same conclusion. It is difficult to understand which of the transistors is open the output. Its 6 pcs in board. And I can't find "ior336a" in local stores.
It can also be a track inside the board.
I'll buy another PCM one of these days and take a look.
Maybe wherever there are any explanations about of the PCM.
You likely wont find any of the proprietary information on the inside of the PCM. GM does not make them, they have a supplier make them. Unlikely to be a trace in the circuit board since they burn open and stay that way. Is the IOR336A a SMD or a TO5,T72,T264 package type? https://eesemi.com/to-types.htm

It was PCM. Changed it and reprogrammed. Thank you!
I am having the same exact problem on my 2003 Denali I just picked up. I'm going to try hanging the pcm on my fender to cool it and verify that's the problem. May I ask where you purchased the pcm and did you have it flashed or was it flashed already? Thank you so much in advance!
