I get that 317.52 & 314.41 are the same as 'never ever ever'.
That said, it'd be visually helpful if you'd please lower 317.52 & 314.41 to numbers that make more sense.

Assuming both have 4L60E (the 2Dn1 looks like what I'm used to seeing from 4L60Es):

instead of 317.52, the 'max' 3Up4 should slightly exceed the vehicles drag limited top speed - 140?
- just barely high enough to guarantee that it won't upshift to 4th @ WOT until after the driver lifts

instead of 314.41, the 'max' 4Dn3 should be well higher than 112,
but 138 is too close to 140 for the 4L60E's long term durability unless it's been rebuilt specifically for this abuse

I have mine tuned by blackbear and it does cut off the ac, each organization can request specific needs with GM and so it can vary, they may have the limiter set to only do 119 or it may be set to 160, just depends on what they requested when they ordered.
Can a PPV actually do 160 Mph??

MMmm questionable, would have to be a pretty long long runway. had mine up to 145 and zipped by a cop so had to let up, but at that speed it was pretty slow going up
once you are up in that range wind resistance kicks in
