How did the wiring and switch go?
RC gives you a decent wiring harness. The Tahoes’s firewall looked too crowded up to go through so I ran the wires down the fire wall and went though a plastic plug under the driver’s side carpet. And I put the switch where the card holder is on the dash.

It looks like the non-Z71s have functioning vents. You’ll have to remove that duct to see what the vent bezel looks like. And I just bought 6 “L” braces from a hardware store and made my brackets.

Keep us posted on what you find under there. I know in 2016 when we bought our sons Chevy Cruze the model change had just came out but fog lights were not an option yet. We were able to add a dealer installed GM kit about 8 months later that came with a pair of fog lights and a new headlight switch with built in fog lamp control. It was just under $300 for the kit and install. I am hoping something for the 2021 Tahoe is available soon. This was a huge miss on GM .
I tried to get that for my 19 Suburban and GM never came out with a kit.

Damn! I may have a new project. How is the removal of the grill? tedious or easy?

I may need to add fog lights to my RST, that install looks nice!!

Here is my RST, just broke 5k miles in 5 months. Also put a 1k amp in on a custom 34hz box. waiting for FI Audio Xv3 12” to arrive (8-10 week wait).

I'm confused by the new offerings. The new 2021 Yukon has fog lights, as expected on this type of vehicle. However, I don't see fog lights on the 2021 Tahoe at any trim level or package. Seems strange to me. Especially since the front end is very similar to the Silverado, which has 2 rows of lights and fog lights. Does anyone have insight into this?
