There's already threaded holes in the block for the tensoiner?Well after the underdrive pulley install I was tired of the guessing game on the size of an AC belt (stupid ass slip belts). So I took a note from the old school LS motors. A belt with its own tensioner.
Parts numbers:
Dayco auto tensioner - 89258
Dayco belt - 5040345
Dorman flanged bolts - M10-1.5x35mm (2)
And I have AC again and all it good. Plus no more ****** around with stretch belts. One 15mm socket, one 3/8 ratchet and I can replace both belts in under 10 mins
