Yea !! Happy New Year to all....!!
I will be moving from Bradenton, Fl, ( just south of Tampa), to Wellington ( Palm Beach, Fl)

I'll be there maybe by November in this new year. ( I'm probably going to be paying a bit more in property taxes )..... But 25 minutes from Palm Beach Intl. Raceway !!
