I have a 99 2dr 4dw with the 5.7. Just wondering if the O2 sensors are in the exhaust manifold or on the pipes themself. I am asking this because I am want to put headers on my ride. Are there any suggestions on which ones I should try and get? Short or Long?

unknown at this time.
typically on the tops of pipes just below manifold. Any street legal header set will account for those. But long tubes may not.

my pacesetter headers had everything i needed except EGR coupler. I just had Blackbear delete my egr from my truck. I have the jet coated set for our trucks from pacesetter. couldnt be happier with them.

I don't know what your budget range is, but I've been extremely happy with my ceramic coated Thorley Tri-Y headers (~LT performance without LT modifications; still street legal). I think the company owner ran into legal issues (divorce, wife took the original company name) several years back, so they are now called Doug's Headers.
