How do you take off this quick disconnect plastic piece from the heater core. Its leaking and I bought all the tools but it still won't budge. Plus this piece is a Tee, what do I do?

Same with me, I didn't have any luck taking any of the fittings off when I was wanting to flush out everything separately when I last changed my coolant! Didn't wanna break anything so I left it as is!
