Just gently break the plastic and slide it over the wire, I used a pair of dykes to cut mine just installed my fogs today and this is what the passenger side bulb looked like:

Cool, that was the only thing I could come up with as an answer but after the kind of day I had today, I figured I'd just come back inside and ask my level headed TYF friends!! Thanks for your help Max!!

No problem dude just be sure to keep your hands off the bulb itself.

Yeah, I just snap those off with pliers. It's only purpose is to protect the bulb during shipping. Have fun with the install!

Max, I meant to ask if those are 35 or 55w in your fogs...and if they are also 5000k?

55w 5000k lows, 35w 4500k fogs. I seem to have the holy grail of stock denali housings cuz the cutoff is great. I should have bought these initially, they look so badass and I can see everything clear as day.
