What happened?

I'm going out on a limb...DDM is known for this. They reverse polarity on connections. You could carefully try to find out if that's the prob. Unfortunately, I don't recall which connection is usually the culprit.

Fiddle with one and see if you can get it to fire. If so, problem solved, just repeat it on the others.

from what i understand you need a relay harness to get power to the ballasts straight form the battery. my friend has the same problem in his scion tc. they sell the harnesses on ddm.

WTF?

Ok, that's a totally new one on me.

Do you have them hooked up with a harness to the battery or just to the headlight wiring?

Whatever the case, I'd try hooking one up whichever way they aren't to try to eliminate things. If it's a harness, it could be a short in the harness itself, etc.

Nevermind, while I was typing that the question was answered.

Let me see if I can come up with a good how-to for wiring the harness. It's not hard.

Here's a pretty simple but correct how-to:

my .02¢, is I would use a wire harness with fuses. Sounds like it came with a set. But seems like its over powering your electrical system. HID systems produce tons of voltage on start up!!! and may be too much for system, or not enough causing the ballasts to powemy .02¢, is I would use a wire harness with fuses.
