Yep, just like how I described except there are ony 2 tabs holding the stereo into the cradle in the truck( I just took mine out tonight to add another RCA plug wire to the Aux 2 side of the pac), just push down on them at the same time and the stereo should come straight out!!
As for the link to the wire you posted, you will need the male RCA plug version instead of the female version which is pictured in your link!!

Sorry for all the questions, but i have one last one. Where did you put the unit once hooked up? did you tuck it into somewhere, or just let it hang? And where did you feed the toggle switch and auxillarly jack wire out through?
Thanks

I know i'm late to the party but the bluefusion unit from Scosche is my vote for iPod hookup. It works amazingly well. There is a unit on ebay for $50 right now too.

All I saw was for 03 and up, did I miss one for an '02?

Also SP543, when you pull your stereo out you will notice that there are 2 square good sized holes at the rear upper part of the plastic stereo cage, all I did was hook up my RCA's to the Pac unit and then was able to tuck the unit into the hole out of the way of the stereo!! Worked perfect!! Feel free to call me if you get hung up on any part of the install!!
