is my 2007 falling apart?

I am having all sorts of check engine codes. any help is much appreciated. my codes are as follows p0102, p0446, p0573, u0102. not to mention the rear park assist is out (no error code) and just the other day i get a service battery charging station when the gauge shows over 14 volts being charged to the battery (battery is 2 yrs old). I think gm should consider a recall on the u0102. After a quick google search this seems to be quite a issue. My tahoe has 144k on it and i am meticulous with maintenance. what gives gm?? Any help from previous experiences would be great.
