93 grams is .21 lbs. I've held 1/4 lb of meat in my hand countless times and the weight was plenty obvious...

Up in Canada, our equivalent of Harbour Freight is "Princess Auto". Good place to shop for Single Use tools. Lol

I coined the term "Snap-on East" about a decade ago when referring to Harbor Freight......it has been a big hit with whom it was shared.

I do like Princess auto though. You Canucks are creative I say der eh

So once I got the truck up in the air I put the tripod under the tank…





Next I sprayed some penetrating oil on the tank strap bolts on the back side of the nut…




I attempted to back the bolts out with my impact, but due to severe rust the clips holding the nuts both sheared…

Lol, their stores do have a certain odor to them don’t they.

So I resorted to plan B and used a crescent wrench to twist the straps out from in front of the tank. A 90° twist on each, with a little coercion, freed them up.

I then disconnected the fill and vent hoses from the fill neck so I can lower the tank…




Next, I lowered the tank far enough to get my head up there and remove the fuel pump lock ring. The repair fittings someone had installed previously were too rusted for me to remove without damaging the fuel pump or lines….




The tank finally disconnected and lowered to the ground…
