should be sweet , personally never swapped cams . about to do one next weekend. we are trying to figure out if we have to pull the motor or not . some say its easier to pull it some say its easier to jus remove the front clip and radiator? which way are you going?

Radiator removal for and condenser moved out of the way. Motor should stay in.

Thought about ditching the AFM on my 07 one of these days.

I don't know how common it is but I saw a cam swap where they unbolted engine from the mounts and the trans mount from the frame and they lifted/tilted the motor enough to clear the radiator.

Any updates Baba?

you have to drain the radiator to remove the water pump, so why not remove it for the extra room? i've done a few cam installs on late model GTOs (much less room) and all we needed to do was remove the radiator and left the a/c compressor up a litte to clear the removal path.

you didn't mention it, but are you replacing the oil pump and timing set while you're in there? the lift isn't super-aggressive, but at almost .600" it would be a good idea to replace springs and pushrods?

who's doing the tune?
