Yeah I understand TYF is not responsible at all, I was just looking for some advice. Hasnt responded to any PM's yet, so we'll see. I work at a GM dealership and we sell/install hypertechs so I had a tech try it to make sure I wasnt doing anything wrong and he said the same thing becasue he also has one installed in his truck.

Dude, seriously? You sent it back without getting a refund first? I would have asked for a refund + shipping if they wanted it back.

At this point press charges with his local police department for interstate mail fraud, and dispute the charge with your CC company.

You were smart enough to use a CC to pay, right?

If not, you can kiss your money goodbye... you got taken/scammed/bamboozled TWICE.

I asked for a refund, but he said "what store do you know of that would give you a full refund with no product" in which I replied "what store do you know that sells you a completely broke product?" anyways i had no leverage obviously since he doesnt need the empty hypertech back....I had no choice.

Foreverfalcon40 is his name. And yes i used a credit card.

Maybe he didnt realize the tuner would be sent with the stock program when the proformance program is loaded in his truck. Give a a bit longer and hope for the best. I wouldnt have known that myself.
