Deservedly harsh words, kid. You committed felony interstate mail fraud. That is all I needed to know about you. I apologize that you got butt hurt from my offering good advice to the person that was scammed.
Next time take care of business upfront: Don't sell empty programmers, & issue prompt refunds when you screw up. It is YOUR name on the line when you sell for a 'friend', and your 'friend' f you over big time.
I'm glad you finally made it right, and look forward to verification from the person scammed so this can be closed.
Oldman Rivers, I did not commit anything. Sorry I have more important things to do then surf the web at as soon as I get home from work or going out. I don't use the computer to get my hard

Well I haven't received any money in my paypal account yet, although it does show a pending "refund" from Jason. Anyways, hopefully I get it all back. Point is, I understand you work a lot and have a busy life, Im sure 93% of people on the forum also work a lot of hours and have hectic lives. Thing that bothers me is that Im willing to bet my bank account that you've been home at some point in the last week and knew you received the package, maybe its just me, but as an honest person, that wouldve been my first priority to get the person his money back who was legit screwed out of it AKA me.
Part of me wonders that if i wouldnt have called your house today and talked to your dad, if you wouldve ever manned up and given me the money back. Im not going to trash your name, people can draw their own conclusions about you from the situation, i personally wont ever be buying anything from you again. Thanks for the pending refund though foreverfalcon.
Also, thanks to everyone who gave me advice considering i am new to the site, i really appreciate it.
I'm sorry it had to come to this. But I'm glad you ended up calling the house. I appreciate your kind words to my Father as he is a simple man as myself. He called me at work with the situation at hand, I told him it was OK to go thru my mail & boxes. He found the box that contained the programmer, he inspected it and gave me the phone number Jake left him. I called Jake right away at work to ease his mind. This is why I asked for phone numbers as Cell phone is the best way to reach me since I am not attached to the forums or laptop from the hip. SPent enough time on the internet and in front of computer in college. Jake, I'mn sorry you feel that way bout the situation, but inreality I'll just keep doing what I do until God takes my last breathe and that includes selling SUCESSFULLY
This does not ruin my parade @ all.

Glad this is (hopefully) getting worked out and I hope everyone learns a bit about online buying here.
Ok, Im my dealing with Purchasing Online mainly in the DSM community which is one of the reasons I decided to sell her I learned the best way to protect my hard earned money.
1) ALWAYS PAY WITH PAYPAL
2) ALWAYS PAY WITH A Credit Card (I have American Express, They are very biased towards there customers or maybe b/c I have 25k in miles and I pay 90 a year to keep it)
3) When shit you feels go South, file a claim thru paypal. YOU HAVE 34 DAYS after transaction is complete. Paypal has changed their policies where I feel that really don't protect the buyer as much as they used too. So call your CC company right and explain the situation at hand. AMEX will credit your account and start its own investigation. Let them know you have filed a complaint with paypal as well. Give them about a month and a resolution will be at hand. AMEX has its own INVESTIGATION dedicated to this.
4) I never had to take this far but I guess if all else fails notify the local police if your CC doesn't.
In my personal experience weather its EBAY or forums, never hesitate to file a complaint via PP as long as you file the complaint with PP you've got your foot in the door. In the OLD days PP use to be great, I think they just took funds from the persons CC or Bank account they listed and called it a day if the seller did not comply and shut thier down account. Now they seem to be less proactive as nowadays PP will tell you to call your CC company to stop payment and have them handle it.
I give sellers in the US 7 Days to resolve the issue before I go to those methods, out of state aka foriegn sellers a month (if they are remailing a damaged or defaulted item) due to customs and etc etc.
