Anyone know how to solve this problem I have a 2007 Tahoe and I feel either heat or cold air very lightly depending on where the temperature is set to at all times even when the master switch is off but It doesn't blow when the car is off

My 2011 does this as well. I thought it was strange, just figured it's how the system works.

That doesn't make much sense to me let's see if anyone else has any ideas on what it might be

Does this happen only when you are moving or also when standing still?

If only when moving, try putting the control on recirculate and see if that stops it.

That seems to have stopped it does that mean the vent actuator is bad?

My guess is that the actuator is OK since it stopped the air flow when you moved it to recirc.

Unfortunately, I think this is considered normal behavior. Since it bothers you, you could try some things to workaround it.

For example, you could leave it on recirc, or direct the flow to the floor, I think it would be less noticeable down there than the vents or even on the windshield.

Sorry I don't have better news for you. Maybe someone else will chime in to assist further.

Regards,

Mark
