I'd go with a 3m double stick tape. Really good product. I'd go with a thin strip, not too thick.

Cant wait to see how it looks!
So here is how it looks so far I have the third brake light panel painted and ready to put on what type of double sided tape would any of you recommend something that won't come off unless I make it come off.
