New switchbacks came in. Still unhappy with how bright they are but at least they are more of a 5000k white unlike My last ones so they do match the headlights and fogs a little better. Happy about that at least. These are the type 2 so when you hit the turn signal it flashes amber-white-amber-white.
My jdm A Star ones were type 1 so they would go to amber-amber-amber for turn signal then back to white once the signal was off.
We shall see how long these last though.

Got the engine bay cleaned today. Ashamed of myself for ever letting it get this bad. Lol.

My girlfriend got me a custom etched acrylic hood prop for shows/competitions. Turned out so awesome! Also got a new teardrop dc audio bass knob wheel. Need to find my passenger side fender brace so I can take out the secondary battery plate. It looks like poo and I won’t ever use it again lol.

Glad I always am a hoarder of old parts. :emotions33:After some digging through boxes I found my factory fender braces to swap out with the rusty secondary battery tray. Wiped the cob webs and dirt off of them and took off those factory stickers on the plastic core support cover that were so worn out you couldn’t even read them. Had some stickers laying around so might as well throw them on.

I let the engine bay get to dirty I have come to realize. It’s clean for the most part but I need to go through and really wipe the whole thing down inch by inch to be happy

Its easier to clean it while its apart for say a cam upgrade ;)

Did you ever have a second battery in the second battery slot?

yeah good excuse to pull the motor completely out for a billet stall too :burnout:

and yes when I had my 7 agms 2 of them were under the hood. a couple months before I switched to lithium I sold my secondary battery to my buddy. No use for it now

8/26/16 was caught of guard with a passing of someone very close to me. Green was her favorite color and that’s where a lot of green will come into play with this build. My buddy decided to surprise me with a 4th order enclosure that weekend, trying to do something nice to cheer me up a little and before my first time at the biggest audio show of the nw surf city sound off 9/4/16. Won first in my class again and dedicated the win in her memory View attachment 235439 View attachment 235440 View attachment 235441 View attachment 235442 View attachment 235443

Little of a update for this weekend!

Driving home last night and my CEL came on. Checked in on the scan gauge...p0327.....:(

Hoping I might have gotten lucky that my knock sensors weren’t going out I cleared it and when I drove it today it was cutting out WOT and code keeps coming back.

that’s kind of unfortunate but oh well I guess I have been wanting to clean the intake valley regardless
:flipthebird:

So the sensors and gaskets are on their way. Hopefully be here mid week. Kind of puts my stereo stuff on hold(those parts are coming in the next couple days) but knock sensors are slightly more important haha.

also picked up this today. Absolutely perfect shape. Got a little work ahead to get it to work but I absolutely hate the 99-02 steering wheels so I’ll figure it out C86AE824-4BE5-4D5D-BA27-CC8275DA5D9C.jpeg
And here’s a pic I took Saturday night just because she was lookin pretty :D22473361-E275-417A-99A7-C8DE986EBED9.jpeg
