First item was to move a ground from passenger to driver side then while I was under there I re cleaned all the frame grounds and re installed. View attachment 273888 Luckily between my scraps and my buddies scraps of wire I had enough to redo everything. Since the limitless sat on its side with the power and grounds facing the front horizontally I had everything wired specifically for it. So I had to redo pretty much everything besides the amp power wires that are attached to the fuse block. I ordered more tech flex so once that comes in next week I’ll pull those 4 power runs and get them wrapped then I’ll be able to toe and organize all the wiring so it’s pretty and suits my ocd. I'm not in the audio scene, like at all; I'm a network engineer. I'm responding because you did an amazing cable job. I just wanted to add that. :)
Haha well thank you! Honestly I still want to do some more tidying up in there but all in time.

I guess he knows how to lay cable lol.
Done it a time or two now hah.

Nice damn work.
Thank you!

Impressive. Completely impressive
Thank you!

Amazing set up and cable maintenance is on point! Next level set up. Awesome!
Thank you just need to get on your level of paint maintenance now!

Well I need to learn to not tell people that I’m in no rush. Cause I was starting to get a little antsy. Almost 3 months later I finally get ahold of the local tire shop I had fix the wheel. They got it done. It was only 30 bucks so I can’t complain too much I guess. Picked it up and back to the powder coater it went BD9D6F5B-6B60-4C0C-B19F-1089AE7AAE2A.jpeg
My powder coater got the wheels busted out already. We went with alien silver and a clear coat on top. I’m pretty stoked on how they turned out I wanted just a oem plus color. Something that’ll be easy to sell if I decide I don’t want to keep them. But this has a lot of flake in it which really pops in the sun! Those center caps probably won’t be going on. Just had them and figured I’d see how they look 69FC7D7B-CAC4-462A-AA36-1E20869F09FE.jpeg

Found a score on some tires today. Was planning on going with a 285/50 like my nittos or maybe a 265/50 just trying to stay with a slightly smaller sidewall but I couldn’t resist when I found these 275/55 take offs for 50 bucks. Old man pulled them off at 20k miles to put on some beefier tires and these still have probably 60-80% tread left. Hopefully can get them mounted soon and figure out if I’m gonna like silver wheels on the Tahoe since it’s never had anything but black.

also found out that hauling 4 tires in this thing is not very fun. Luckily I found them less than 10 miles from my house. 91D3B077-6FB8-42B4-A408-DE622C3BE753.jpeg652372C0-2609-45F7-874A-CF80D1B1BF35.jpeg

Mounted the declads. Got ahold of the wheel manufacturer of the 22’s I want. They have been back ordered for like 2 years now. Was told they are usually sold out of multiple shipments before they even make it to the states. Also was told his July shipment had a few unsold sets currently in the color I want. So the fuels are up for sale to help fund that.

anyways here they are. Yesterday got them on. Don’t love them but don’t hate them at this point. Closer to the dislike them side though. A6402BA5-AB97-4F11-9F3D-E1494D749616.jpeg
Ordered these black center caps months ago. Didn’t like them against the silver. Found some wrap that is very close to the alien silver. Much better

Took off the open ended lugs and put on chrome close end ones. Installed the center caps. And put some tire shine on. Much much better. I can live with this look and it’s starting to grow on me more.

Let the air out of the rear helper bags to about 5psi and it dropped the rear a 1/2 inch. Decided since I’m gonna be inside the wheel Wells now that I need to go a little lower. So 5” drop springs and front drop keys might be in the near future. This look is starting to grow on me. Which might have to if I end up waiting till July for the new wheels. Only time will tell. Grabbed a few more pics tho. 91043C04-71EF-45F8-8FC7-D26224D1D0B0.jpeg5A23B9B9-0859-4D69-9548-2A9F23DE5DF8.jpegB75C9507-825A-4913-BD46-9FA0963E9E4F.jpegA62F1108-87CA-4F9F-93CA-08CD7033557E.jpeg5DAE8396-AAE8-4B02-B978-281DD1265198.jpeg
