LOL....my bad? It's worked fine for me though. I've never heard or read about the way to do it in that link you posted until now...but I might have to give that a shot next time I do it with any car. Thanks for the link.

on the vortec the booster hose method usually gets the rear half clean and the front half of engine remains unclean and therefore can create uneven combustion as a results.
