I would buy it, but it doesn't look like it will clear the exhaust crossover

It should clear the stock crossover no problem. I already have a deep pan and there's still 2-3" clearance. This pan is only about 1 1/2 " deeper than stock. 3 11/16" overall depth. You can measure from the lip to your crossover to check. Mines a Denali and it will fit.

interested..

what about clearance on this with aftermarket headers / y pipe etc? should be similar or same to stock?

I would think so, but it shouldn't be too hard to measure. All I know is from looking at my stock setup there's plenty of room. I would think in order to bolt up to the rear part of the exhaust the aftermarket y-pipe would have to be in the same location as far as height.
