Haven't gone in a while but it is rare when they do have a Tahoe or 'Burban. I will scope it out for you tomorrow though.

welcome home.

1) pull DRL fuse, look up page 6-63 in manaul.
2, 3) possible short, take them out and look around for a mess in the wiring
4) they all do that, you can actually control hot or cold by moving the switch
5) AC and heater recharge
6) dont really know what that means
7)take it to a mechanic and check codes
8) most probably a short or bad alternator, mechanic can tell you
9) tighten up bolt for brake pedal, or shorten brake line
10) anti lock brakes - they lock up for safety to AVOID skidding (yes, weird)
11) check hoses/ master cylinder to find leak and fix

Sweet!!! Welcome to the site. I'll throw my hat in the ring too. :headbang:
1 - Search the tech section on this forum for the writeup on *********** your "DRL." This is a safety feature most of us have disabled.
2 - Brake switch at the top of the pedal, super easy to swap out.
3 - Same as 2
4 - Go on eBay Motors, and get a new climate control switch. It's easy to replace. The outer fascia around the dash pops off, and then the switch mechanism virtually falls out. Good time to upgrade the stereo, too, if you have deep pockets.
5 - If it takes less than 10 minutes, you're fine. If not, check your fan clutch.
6 - New pin kit. Super easy, just takes some effort. There's also a write up, I believe.
7 - Since you've inherited someone else's problem, go buy a $60 code scanner from the parts house. The terminal is near the steering column, just under the dash. It's nice being able to hook up and read codes whenever you need, instead of taking it to autozone for them to do it. Repost in a new thread with your findings, and we'll take it from there.
8 - Disconnect the positive battery cable, and put an multimeter between the cable and the post. If you are drawing more than half an amp, you have a short circuit somewhere. Good luck with that. If you aren't drawing current, then you just need a new battery. You can also go to your nearest Schuck's/O'Reilly's, and have them do a free diagnostic of the full electrical system from the alternator to the battery. Their handy little gadget gives you good info.
9-11 - Drain all the brake fluid out through the front/rear wheel bleeders. Replace the reservoir, refill the system with good, clean, fresh, tasty brake fluid. Then repost on your brake problems and we'll take it from there.

Again, welcome!!!
:drunk:
