I think I would also disconnect the hose that is between the canister and the vent valve and see if it will fill. The vent valve is supposed to be normally open, I know you said you replaced it, but if you got a bad solenoid, it still might be obstructed. It will probably throw a code while it is disconnected, but if it fills, you know you either have a DOA solenoid or the hoses from the canister to the end of the vent valve hose are obstructed.

Hey guys, so I’ve been on here a few times reading thread about not taking gas, well I have replaced the evap solenoid at the engine, and the canister solenoid and the charcoal canister and still will not take fuel. So I come here for suggestions what do I check next???? Before I still a rag in it and light it on fire. Lol. Thanks.
you could have more gas then you think you have
