Oil usage

my oil change person talked me into castrol once. I had a startup knock everytime i started the truck. Never again.

I had the same problem, and its the only time I ever had an issue with castrol. I have been using it in all my cars for years. The yukon now gets valvoline max life and I donr lose or burn a drop between oil changes.

I haven't gone back to castrol since posting this. I now use mobil 1 syn and have had no problems since. Maybe my kon just doesn't like castrol HM.
