I offer the general Customer Service number, because I do not know the Service Request number of the case. You stated that you have spoken with two District Specialists. Didn't they give you a contact number with a direct extension? If you can provide your Service Request number, I can look into this further for you.

dieselp,

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration with having your vehicle repaired. If your dealer doesn't contact you soon, I would be happy to look into this issue for you.

Feel free to contact me.

You never gave me your direct number. You offered to help me knowing i talked to 2 District Specialist and a customer care agent and never offered a number other than a generic help line. and yes i have a service request number but you would'nt know that because i did not receive a direct number to some 1 who is capable of resolving my issue. I also have a direct number to the Specialist but that has not really gotten me anywere. and YES i am starting to get very AGGRAVATED.

WHY do you guys even deal with this GM Customer Service nonsense here on the forum?

Has anyone EVER seen anything being resolved or has anyone EVER gotten the proper support?

If yes, I am sure it to be very limited.

dieselp,

Please accept my apologies; I thought you wanted to handle this via email. I requested the Service Request number (SR#) so I could look into the case to get a background, see where everything stood and so I could add our documented interactions to the case. You have already spoken with a District Specialist; therefore I cannot take over the case. Your District Specialist has more authority in this case. I encourage you to continue working with them. If you are having a difficult time contacting them, I can notify them if you provide your Service Request number.

Nope. It's all a smoke screen. If a District Specialist has more authority than "Louis", why was I even wasting my time with him in Private Message?

GM just recorded records profits. After we, the taxpayers, bailed them out of bankruptcy. What does this mean? It means they now have the money to hire 3 attorneys to kick your one attorney around the courtroom.

I do wish you luck though.

Right but at least my case is pretty cut and dry. Bought the truck brought it back for sevice a few days later balance tires and rail dust removal. Then came and picked up my truck 3 days later that was dirty parked in a back dark lot that had been damaged by the dealer. ( I think they were trying to hide the damage) notified the dealer that it was damaged before i ever left the lot. My dealer was even so bold to not take responsibility They called gm and said the truck was damaged in shipping to the dealer. But got in trouble because i had allready talked to gm and started a case about 2 weeks earlier explaing the issue i was having with this dealer.
