dieselp,
I'm sorry to hear about the frustration with having your vehicle repaired. If your dealer doesn't contact you soon, I would be happy to look into this issue for you.
Feel free to contact me.

You never gave me your direct number. You offered to help me knowing i talked to 2 District Specialist and a customer care agent and never offered a number other than a generic help line. and yes i have a service request number but you would'nt know that because i did not receive a direct number to some 1 who is capable of resolving my issue. I also have a direct number to the Specialist but that has not really gotten me anywere. and YES i am starting to get very AGGRAVATED.
WHY do you guys even deal with this GM Customer Service nonsense here on the forum?
Has anyone EVER seen anything being resolved or has anyone EVER gotten the proper support?
Yes looks like i will have to lawyer up. Not really what i wanted.
Nope. It's all a smoke screen. If a District Specialist has more authority than "Louis", why was I even wasting my time with him in Private Message?

GM just recorded records profits. After we, the taxpayers, bailed them out of bankruptcy. What does this mean? It means they now have the money to hire 3 attorneys to kick your one attorney around the courtroom.
I do wish you luck though.
