Its not that gm wont do anything but i keep getting put on the back burnner by the district specialist and feild rep. They say and i understand the rep has to see the truck but has been unavalible to do so. I think they are just trying to wear me down. I realy just want the issue fixed and im not 1 to give up i will win. and this dealer is my local dealer and i try to buy local and i have talked to the owner BRUCE of HOVE BUICK GMC in BRADLEY IL and the only solution they are willing to do is wax it.

I've taken mine there a couple of times for warranty work, bought mine in wilmington and was trying to save the trip. What a joke ! I would take it in they would look at it and order the part and say we'll call you. 2-3 weeks go by and I call, hey did my part come in yet, well ya its been here a couple weeks?? Go in and ask them if they have time to do it now since I'm in the area( it was an outside drivers door handle that broke) they send me to parts, Parts guy says what are you here for I tell them he says ya its here, its been here, everymorning I sort parts and tell them what came in so they can call you to set up an appointment why would I call you? One big circle jerk, and they like to park your ride out back when ever there done with it...Not quite sure why? Good Luck with your mess. If you ever get it straightened out and need a gmc dealer the one in Wilmington is an old mom and pop shop been in there family for 3 generations.

I hate dealership lots. They are all so overcrowded. The other day when I picked up my Tahoe after having a new part installed, it was parked 12 inches from the cars next to it. There is no way possible a grown mechanic could move either car without opening the car doors up against my Tahoe. They also could not have open and closed my Tahoe doors without hitting the cars next to it. There is no excuse whatsoever for parking customer's cars so close to each other.

Had my meeting with the feild rep they want to try a coating on the paint and see if takes care of it. I said that prob wont work and didnt want to waste anymore time or money on a soulution that is only temperary and dose not fix the prob at hand. so he was going to make some calls and let me know the plan of action. He asked the owner of the dealer who was in the meeting also if the paint coating was not acceptable would he take the denali back and he said YES. then the rep asked if he had another one on the lot He said 2 but not in white so i could pick gray or white diamond or he could locate a sumit white. So the rep was going to find out if the wanted to keep messing with this truck and trying to make it right or just replace it and be done his words. WISH ME LUCK im done with all of this and just want a undamaged truck.

Ok well gm got back to me and told me that its a dealer issue and had nothing to do with gm or any warranty issue. So i called the dealer and asked how they want to proceed work with me or do i need to get a lawyer told me they are willing to work it out still. They want to try and correct the paint still i told them ok but it it dosen't look at least as good as my 6 year old truck that i would not accept it. going to talk to a lawyer and check my options.
