Well guys i have good news i could not just accept that GM would not help me out. So after a little research i found that paul copces was the man in charge of after sales at GM think his title was SEINOR VP of after sales. Called his office and spoke with Trish his assistance and explained what happen she actually sounded like i had a real issue that needed to be addressed. She told me she would make a few calls and to expect a call from someone the next day. I than got a call from Rob Johnson not sure exact title but he was the big man incharge of the central division. He asked me to go over the issue with the truck and we spoke for about 25 min and then said he will look into it and get back with me. WELL I GOT A CALL TODAY FROM THE OWNER OF THE DEALER AND TOLD ME HE WAS SITTING WITH ROB AND THAT THEY WILL BE BUYING BACK MY DENALI AND I COULD PICK OUT ANY NEW 2012 DENALI I WANT !!!!! Mine was a 2011 i am so happy and glad GM stood behind me just took a bit but they did the right thing and i can be happy with GM once again. Thanks all for your coments and help it was great having somewhere to vent a little.
