Yep, the TC is sayin “hey what about me?” Frame is looking awesome.

:(

I know i left it in there so the trans would be sealed. I just don't have room to pull the whole trans out with it being constantly in my way in garage. I'll get it scrubbed after I can get all the suspension crap back on and steering rack on.

Engine is on truck heading this way so trying to knock this out so it can go in garage.

calling it a day fellers, i have primed everything im going to prime on the frame.
need to grab some more hammertone paint. i thought a quart would do what i needed but i used about 3/4 of it and wanted to do another coat on everything so im going to grab another qt.

cleaned up and painted the coilover mounts, they dont quite fit the aluminum arms - they are made to fit both (aluminum are thicker/fits iron with a spacer) but not sure if them being bolted down to the iron brought the plates a little closer so i need to beat them on the aluminum arms or spread the plates somehow :nono:

the other lower control arm should be here tomorrow, other set of uppers should be here wednesday so hopefully i'll have a matching set when its all over - by wednesday i should have the frame completely painted and be able to throw all the suspension on.

since i wont be on a drop spindle i may need a lighter coilover spring to get the drop i want in the front, i was going to tear them down and clean them all up but if im going to swap spring ill wait.

What do the coilover mounts look like for the bottom?

also need to troubleshoot brake lights staying on all the time if any of yall have an idea.
swapped the pedal for hydroboost, broke the brake switch so its been replaced. when you key on you can audibly hear a relay click and the brake lights come on after a few seconds.

i think the brake switch/lights worked as they should when i first put the pedal in.
