Spline count is the same as before. The other issue I need to figure out is if the xfer case output is somehow bent. That's the other area I haven't checked on as a source of vibration. I find it hard to believe that 1/2" difference in spline exposed would give me that much new vibration under acceleration.

more exposed means less contact area between them and more easy to fight against each other to do their own thing in their own way.
