.62 is one inch. My pass side was higher i milled it so it would sit even.

Here is a picture.

Here are some pictures of how the Yukon sits.

Driver side is pretty even, (driver front is 34 1/2, driver rear is 34).

Passenger side is off, (passenger front is 35 1/4, passenger rear is 33 3/4).

I was going to take pre drop measurements, but the front passenger strut was broken.

I have an alignment appointment next week, will this possibly correct some of the height issues?

I actually just installed those shocks on the front of my Suburban as well and I'm experiencing the same issues. I can't see any of your pictures, but I know what you're talking about because mine is doing it too.

The other issue I have is that the ride now sucks too. The shocks are way too stiff and bouncy, not to mention the height issue. I measured before the shock install becuase I knew that when I replaced the 80K shocks with new ones it would raise up some, but I went from 35 13/16 to 38 3/8 from the ground to fender lip.

The spring cup location and overall height of the shock match factory, it's just stiff as hell. I'm going to order new factory shocks tomorrow and sell these on Craigslist since I can't sell them here yet due to post count.

Actually doesn't sound like a bad idea, doing a drop spindle and then fine tune the height on the shock. I'm just worried about the ride, I want the ride to be stock or just a touch firmer. That's what I read on here that the HD shocks would give me, but that's not the case.

Yeah, I have encountered some issues with lowering my Yukon.
I had issues with the lowering kit early on. The Belltech shock extender welds looked like crap, and one bracket was misaligned, so I had it cut, re welded both, and powder coated them.

I believe the HD struts are the issue here, because I replaced the struts with HDs and it sat high up front. When I installed the drop spindles, it looked promising with the front raked. Then I dropped the rear and it just looks like I have busted rear shocks.

I have 3 speed bumps in my neighborhood and if I take them at the posted 15 MPH speed, my suspension bottoms out bad. I thought this was only an issue with 4" drop. My suspension should not require the free travel mod, correct? Any idea why it is doing this?
I will double check the spring part number, what part should I have with the 2" front 3"/4 rear kit?

How much space do you have between the axle and bumpstop? 5305 is the spring part number and if it sits high with the hd struts in front then you would have to add a lifting spacer to bring it up more to match which in turn will give more axle movement and increase ride.
