Been busy the past few days. @Tonyrodz nailed it.

I basically told him that it was inappropriate and we left it at that. We decided that all the graffiti ruined an otherwise nice place to fish and explore.

I replaced the ac belt with a Gates HD green one. Why can’t it be red? Sheesh talk about a color clash. And yesterday I put my new GMC valve stem caps on. It will be good to have AC again. And yes I revved the shit out of it afterwards just to make sure the belt stayed on. The tensioner is only a couple years old so I didn’t replace it. Not sure what happened to the other belt.

I just hope it lasts. Supposed to be heavy duty. Sure was easy to replace, I’m glad it’s not one of those stretch to fit ones. Just happy to have ac again for when I need it. It’s back to 65* today though.

I noticed my stereo was a bit wobbly when I touched it the other day so I did an inspection and found the little tab on the right hand side of the Metro install kit was broken off. I went on a search for a better kit but all I found was Scosche anc it looked worse so I ordered another Metra and installed it today. These things are cheap as f*ck. I don’t understand why no makes a more solid one. Oh well it’s fine. I hate unplugging everything. I had to pull it in and out 3 times before I got everything working again.

Agree. You have to do all that work and then pray the flimsy ass pos doesn’t melt, disintegrate, or shatter because you looked at it sideways. Why isn’t there a halfway decent manufacturer..?!?
